When to use us vs when to use a full-fat solution
Use our generator if you are a freelancer, consultant, small shop or startup sending fewer than 100 invoices a month, and don't need multi-user access or automated recurring bills. This covers roughly 80% of new Indian businesses.
Use Zoho / Refrens / Vyapar if you have five or more team members creating invoices simultaneously, need auto-reminders, payment gateway integration, or inventory sync. These features are worth the ₹500–1500/month if your revenue justifies it.
Use QuickBooks / TallyPrime if you have complex accounting — inventory, purchase orders, employee payroll, multi-branch. Invoicing is one of thirty modules.

Is there a Windows/Mac desktop app?
No — but the web version works offline once loaded, because the entire generator (including PDF creation) runs in your browser via JavaScript.
